Durant els darrers 5 anys s&#8217;ha incrementat l\u2019evid\u00e8ncia tant de la necessitat de<strong> reduir la pres\u00e8ncia de determinats aliments poc saludables en l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 dels infants<\/strong> <strong>com la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019incrementar<\/strong>, tant a casa com a l\u2019entorn del menjador escolar,<strong> l\u2019oferta de fruites senceres<\/strong> i no en forma de suc; <strong>hortalisses; llegums; fruites seques <\/strong>com ametlles, nous, avellanes&#8230;, <strong>i aliments integrals<\/strong>. font-size: 10pt;\">Aquest document sobre l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 en l\u2019etapa escolar ha estat revisat i consensuat per 32 professionals de la salut i l\u2019educaci\u00f3; representants de 25 entitats com universitats, fundacions cient\u00edfiques, societats professionals, i els departaments de Salut, d\u2019Ensenyament, i de Treball, Afers Socials i Fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
