Les persones amb celiaquia o sensibilitat al gluten no cel\u00edaca tamb\u00e9 hem de gaudir d\u2019aquestes dates i, encara que som conscients que \u00e9s tot un repte, no hem de caure en la dita de \u201cper un dia no passa res\u201d, no podem fer excepcions ni abaixar la gu\u00e0rdia ni tan sols per un \u00e0pat. La salut \u00e9s el primer i el nostre Nadal ha de ser sense gluten!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Si no ets<strong> cel\u00edac<\/strong> i tens un familiar, parella de familiar, amic o conegut <strong>cel\u00edac<\/strong> a taula aquest nadal alhora que has de preparar un gran \u00e0pat per molta gent: no et preocupis!\u00a0 Et donem els<strong> consells<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 puguis fer-ho amb total comoditat i <strong>seguretat<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">No consultis a internet qu\u00e8 i com has de fer per elaborar un plat sense gluten, parla directament amb la persona <strong>cel\u00edaca<\/strong> o truca a l\u2019<strong>Associaci\u00f3 de Cel\u00edacs<\/strong> per assessorar-te dels protocols que has de fer servir. Busca una <strong>identificaci\u00f3 sense gluten<\/strong>. Recorda que pot ser una llegenda sense gluten, el pacte pel cel\u00edac o b\u00e9 el s\u00edmbol internacional que ha de contenir sempre el n\u00famero de llic\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">3. <strong>Truca\u2019ns<\/strong> i aclarirem els teus dubtes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Si vols elaborar un \u00e0pat amb productes lliures de gluten per naturalesa, recordem:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">4. Utilitza <strong>ingredients sense gluten.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">7. <strong>No<\/strong> utilitzis <strong>t\u00e8xtil<\/strong> de cuina, fes servir draps d\u2019un s\u00f2l \u00fas i un davantal exclusiu per a preparar el menjar sense gluten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">8. En cap cas facis servir <strong>estris de fusta<\/strong>, ja que al ser porosos poden contenir restes d\u2019elaboracions anteriors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">9. Utilitza un <strong>saler i condiments<\/strong> amb <strong>dispensador<\/strong>, de manera que no calgui tocar la sal amb la m\u00e0 evitant contaminacions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">10. Si has d\u2019emprar el <strong>forn<\/strong> o microones,\u00a0v\u00e9s amb molt de compte perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n un focus de contaminaci\u00f3 important. Si\u00a0no s\u00f3n exclusius per a cel\u00edacs, cobreix b\u00e9 el menjar\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>neteja<\/strong>\u00a0amb profunditat amb aigua i sab\u00f3 abans de l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3,\u00a0 no posis el ventilador i cuina primer i solament el plat del cel\u00edac.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">11. Fes servir <strong>fregidores, torradores exclusives<\/strong> per al cel\u00edac.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">12. Neteja les mans amb aigua i sab\u00f3 i renta les superf\u00edcies de treball abans de preparar el menjar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">13. Les principals recomanacions a prendre s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">14. No tallar el pa amb gluten a taula, pot fer que saltin molles i que es contamini el menjar. Cal allunyar el pa amb gluten del lloc on seur\u00e0 el cel\u00edac i mai passar-lo per sobre seu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">15. Si hi ha pica-pica o plats per compartir i s\u00f3n sense gluten, servir primer al cel\u00edac i \u00a0despr\u00e9s a la resta, o prepara un plat per la persona cel\u00edaca a part.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">16.
