font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">A causa del creixement sostingut des de l&#8217;any 2008, el mercat de productes sense gluten actualment \u00e9s altament competitiu, per aix\u00f2 <strong>l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Cel\u00edacs de Catalunya ha volgut impulsar la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiacscatalunya.org\/pdfs\/Gluten%20Free%20Area.png\">GLUTEN FREE AREA<\/a> de la Fira Alimentaria 2018,<\/strong> amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;oferir a<strong> empreses\u00a0 punteres nacionals en la fabricaci\u00f3 i distribuci\u00f3 de productes sense gluten<\/strong>, com <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdalen-singluten.es\/index.php\/es\/\"><strong>Elaborats Mil\u00e0<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/arderiu.net\/\"><strong>Arderiu<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bodevici.cat\/\"><strong>Bodevici<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.freefromexpres.com\/es\/\"><strong>DCS Free From<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.algoodgastronomia.com\/\"><strong>Algood<\/strong><\/a><strong> i <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/sempio.es\/\"><strong>Sempio<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><strong>un espai on convergir i posicionar-se, millorant la seva visibilitat per tal d\u2019incrementar la seva competitivitat individual, tot confiant en la gran palanca que els pot proporcionar Alimentaria de cara a potenciar la seva internacionalitzaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Cel\u00edacs Catalunya, a m\u00e9s de dinamitzar l&#8217;\u00c0rea Sense Gluten, estar\u00e0 tamb\u00e9 present a l&#8217;espai gastron\u00f2mic per excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia de <strong>Restaurama, The Alimentaria Experience, amb un Showcooking d&#8217;Alta cuina Tailandesa Sense Gluten de la m\u00e0 de Kriss Akkala xef del restaurant <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/thaibarcelona.es\/\"><strong>Thai Barcelona \u2013 Royal Cuisine<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> com a mostra de qu\u00e8 \u00e9s possible cuinar plats ben saborosos aptes per a persones cel\u00edaques i intolerants al gluten, amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;incentivar als establiments de restauraci\u00f3 a oferir opcions sense gluten (actualment <strong>nom\u00e9s un 2% dels establiments de restauraci\u00f3 catalans ofereixen plats aptes per cel\u00edacs<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">L&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 <strong>organitza conjuntament amb <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.veritas.es\/grupo-veritas\/\"><strong>Veritas<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zealia.com\/\"><strong>Zealia<\/strong><\/a><strong> i la consultoria <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.centacgroup.com\/\"><strong>Centac Group<\/strong><\/a><strong> la confer\u00e8ncia &#8220;Etiquetes netes.
