De fet, es recomana que, com a m\u00ednim, una de les racions di\u00e0ries de verdura sigui en cru.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>La fruita madura \u00e9s recomanable quan es pateixen problemes digestius. Veritable<\/strong>: a\u00a0mesura que la fruita madura, els \u00e0cids org\u00e0nics que podrien irritar l\u2019est\u00f3mac van disminuint. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, augmenta la quantitat de sucres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Les verdures no contenen colesterol. Veritable<\/strong>: gr\u00e0cies a la seva fibra ajudaran a regular els nivells del colesterol en sang.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Els pl\u00e0tans poden ser indigestos. Veritable<\/strong>: sobretot si s\u00f3n verds, encara que aquests tenen m\u00e9s efectes prebi\u00f2tics. Fals<\/strong>: els espinacs, les bledes, l\u2019api i la coliflor tenen una quantitat de sal que s\u2019ha de tenir en compte a les dietes per hipertensi\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>La patata engreixa molt. Fals<\/strong>: no \u00e9s excessivament energ\u00e8tica i l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 cal\u00f2rica dependr\u00e0 de la quantitat que es menja i la forma de preparaci\u00f3. La patata \u00e9s un bon aliment que aporta vitamina C, potassi, prote\u00efna i fibra.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>\u00c9s recomanable sopar nom\u00e9s fruita. Fals<\/strong>: pot ser insuficient, no aportar els nutrients i l\u2019energia necessaris i l\u2019endem\u00e0 podem estar m\u00e9s febles o tenir m\u00e9s gana, amb els nivells de sucre en sang molt baixos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>No \u00e9s recomanable menjar fruita per sopar o per postres. Fals<\/strong>: la fruita es pot menjar abans del dinar, entre hores, per postres a qualsevol \u00e0pat, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>L\u2019alvocat ajuda a regular els nivells de colesterol.
