{"id":596,"date":"2018-09-07T14:16:35","date_gmt":"2018-09-07T12:16:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.celiacscatalunya.org\/blog\/?p=596"},"modified":"2018-09-07T14:18:40","modified_gmt":"2018-09-07T12:18:40","slug":"informe-de-lanalisi-de-441-productes-mes-o-menys-de-20ppm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.celiacscatalunya.org\/blog\/informe-de-lanalisi-de-441-productes-mes-o-menys-de-20ppm\/","title":{"rendered":"Informe de l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de 441 productes (m\u00e9s o menys de 20ppm)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Us donem a con\u00e8ixer els <strong>resultats de l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de 441 productes que vam realitzar conjuntament amb FACE durant el 2017<\/strong>. <!--more-->Com ja sabeu, el 2016 vam signar un conveni de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb <a href=\"http:\/\/www.celiacos.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FACE <\/a>on un dels punts a treballar conjuntament era augmentar el n\u00famero de productes analitzats per tal de tenir una representaci\u00f3 real de l\u2019oferta de productes sense gluten al territori.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Pel que fa als productes analitzats, hi ha tant<strong> productes artesans com industrials<\/strong> i es divideixen en 3 categories segons el seu etiquetat:<strong> sense gluten, traces i cap menci\u00f3 al gluten<\/strong>. L\u2019an\u00e0lisi s\u2019ha dut a terme en dos laboratoris acreditats diferents, el laboratori de l\u2019Agencia de Salut P\u00fablica de Barcelona (ASPB) i el laboratori Aquimisa de Madrid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">L\u2019<strong>objectiu<\/strong> de l\u2019an\u00e0lisi \u00e9s:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Verificar que els<strong> productes etiquetats \u201csense gluten\u201d<\/strong> contenen menys de 20ppm i que la ind\u00fastria compleix el llindar vigent segons el Reglament 828\/2014.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Comprovar si l\u2019<strong>Etiquetatge Precautori dels Al\u00b7l\u00e8rgens (traces)<\/strong> es realitza sempre que hi ha un risc definit i en base a uns criteris cient\u00edfics definits. \u00c9s a dir, que els productes als quals a l\u2019etiquetatge s\u2019indica que poden contenir contenen traces, realment tenen m\u00e9s de 20ppm i no s\u00f3n aptes per a cel\u00edacs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Tenir m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre la pres\u00e8ncia de gluten en els <strong>productes que no fan cap menci\u00f3\u00a0a l\u2019embolcall<\/strong> i poden generar dubtes en el consumidor.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Els 441 productes analitzats s\u2019agrupen en 40 fam\u00edlies o grups d\u2019aliments i provenen de 257 marques comercials, de les quals, 241 pertanyen a productes industrials i 16 a productors artesans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">La majoria de les mostres analitzades (n=441) han ofert resultats negatius en gluten \u2013menys de 20ppm\u2013 (n=421). Per tant, es reafirma que els productes per assaonar, les esp\u00e8cies, els condiments i les infusions m\u00f2ltes s\u00f3n susceptibles de contenir gluten. <strong>Recordem la import\u00e0ncia que les persones cel\u00edaques comprin aquests productes etiquetats \u2018sense gluten\u2019 si estan m\u00f2lts.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Dos productes de la categoria <strong>fleca \u2013 artesans<\/strong> que duien l\u2019etiqueta \u201csense gluten\u201d van donar positiu en gluten. Immediatament es van prendre mesures de seguretat per tal que els clients cel\u00edacs no consumissin els productes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Tres productes (1 de \u201cpastisseria i rebosteria artes\u00e0\u201d i 2 de \u201ccereals\u201d) van donar positiu per\u00f2 ja s\u2019indicava que podien contenir traces.
