Com sabeu, des de l\u2019any 2008 un dels nostres objectius \u00e9s fer un <strong>control de mercat dels productes susceptibles de ser consumits pel col\u00b7lectiu cel\u00edac per tal de con\u00e8ixer i valorar si l\u2019etiquetatge dels productes s\u2019ajusta a la legislaci\u00f3 vigent<\/strong>. El 2018 hem continuat amb la tasca prenent mostres que hem enviat al Laboratori de l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/salutpublica.gencat.cat\/ca\/inici\">Ag\u00e8ncia Catalana de Salut P\u00fablica<\/a> (ASPC). Els resultats d\u2019enguany encara queda unir-los amb l\u2019informe de <a href=\"https:\/\/celiacos.org\/\">FACE<\/a>, entitat amb la qual col\u00b7laborem en l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de mostres, que ens permetr\u00e0 ampliar la informaci\u00f3 i les conclusions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quins productes hem analitzat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa als productes analitzats, hi ha tant<strong>\u00a0productes envasats, sense envasar o envasats al punt de venda. <\/strong>El 41% s\u00f3n <strong>artesans<\/strong> i el 59%, <strong>industrials. <\/strong>Es divideixen en 3 categories segons el seu etiquetat:<strong>\u00a0sense gluten, traces i cap menci\u00f3 al gluten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>objectiu<\/strong>\u00a0de l\u2019an\u00e0lisi \u00e9s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sense gluten:<\/strong> verificar que els<strong>productes etiquetats \u201csense gluten\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0contenen menys de 20ppm i que la ind\u00fastria compleix el llindar vigent segons el Reglament 828\/2014.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Traces<\/strong>: comprovar si l\u2019<strong>Etiquetatge Precautori dels Al\u00b7l\u00e8rgens (traces)<\/strong>es realitza sempre que hi ha un risc definit i segons uns criteris cient\u00edfics definits. \u00c9s a dir, que els productes als quals a l\u2019etiquetatge s\u2019indica que poden contenir contenen traces, realment tenen m\u00e9s de 20ppm i no s\u00f3n aptes per a cel\u00edacs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sense cap menci\u00f3<\/strong>: Tenir m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre la pres\u00e8ncia de gluten en els\u00a0<strong>productes que no fan cap menci\u00f3\u00a0a l\u2019embolcall<\/strong>i poden generar dubtes en el consumidor.<img data-attachment-id=\"790\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><strong style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Quins resultats hem obtingut?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La major part de les mostres analitzades (n=265) han ofert resultats negatius en gluten<\/strong> \u2013menys de 20ppm\u2013 (n=255). A pesar d\u2019aix\u00f2, no podem garantir la seguretat dels productes, ja que no coneixem les mesures de seguretat de l\u2019operador.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recomanaci\u00f3<\/strong>: seguir evitant consumir els productes susceptibles de contenir gluten i que no fan cap menci\u00f3 al gluten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com actuem des de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3? <\/strong>Contactem amb els fabricants les mostres dels quals han donat negatiu per instar-los a identificar els productes amb el s\u00edmbol o menci\u00f3 \u201csense gluten\u201d.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Els llegums formen part del grup de productes \u201csense cap menci\u00f3 al gluten\u201d, ja que s\u00f3n aliments \u201cper naturalesa sense gluten\u201d i no poden dur la menci\u00f3 o s\u00edmbol \u201csense gluten\u201d segons el Reglament 1169\/2011. No obstant aix\u00f2, <strong>cinc de les mostres de llegums (llenties) han donat positiu (&gt;20ppm<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong> amb resultats molt per sobre del llindar de seguretat. Les llenties es conreen en camps de cultiu rotatius i aquest \u00e9s un dels motius pel qual poden contenir gluten encara que siguin un aliment lliure de gluten per naturalesa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recomanaci\u00f3<\/strong>: consumir nom\u00e9s les llenties cuites al natural en conserva quan duen el s\u00edmbol o menci\u00f3 \u201csense gluten\u201d i, pel que fa a les llenties crues envasades, posar-les sobre un drap fosc i fer una comprovaci\u00f3 de la pres\u00e8ncia de grans de cereals, extreure\u2019ls en cas que n\u2019hi hagi i, posteriorment, rentar-les amb aigua de forma abundant. No comprar llenties a granel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com actuem des de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3? <\/strong>Hem enviat un informe detallat a l\u2019Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Consumo, Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrici\u00f3n (AECOSAN) i hem sol\u00b7licitat actuacions per protegir el col\u00b7lectiu.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pel que fa als <strong>productes amb el s\u00edmbol o menci\u00f3 \u201csense gluten\u201d<\/strong> veiem que tots els productes elaborats per la <strong>ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria han donat negatiu en gluten (&lt;20ppm)<\/strong> mentre que <strong>4 de les mostres elaborades per artesans han obtingut resultats positius (&gt;20ppm).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recomanaci\u00f3<\/strong>: Des de l\u2019entitat hem de mantenir el missatge de <strong>prud\u00e8ncia pel que fa a la compra de productes sense gluten en establiments artesanals. <\/strong>Sempre cal anar a establiments acreditats per les associacions, ja que segueixen tots els protocols de seguretat aliment\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com actuem des de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3? <\/strong>En tots els casos hem contactat de forma urgent els minoristes (elaboradors artesanals). Els vam informar que havien de prendre mesures de seguretat per tal d\u2019evitar el consum dels productes per part dels clients cel\u00edacs: retirada de l\u2019expositor, informaci\u00f3 al client que no es garanteix el contingut en gluten inferior a 20ppm, etc. Posteriorment, tots els establiments han estat acreditats per l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 com a aptes per a cel\u00edacs, despr\u00e9s de localitzar i resoldre la incid\u00e8ncia.
