{"id":960,"date":"2020-02-10T10:58:11","date_gmt":"2020-02-10T09:58:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.celiacscatalunya.org\/blog\/?p=960"},"modified":"2020-02-10T10:58:11","modified_gmt":"2020-02-10T09:58:11","slug":"saps-que-es-laoecs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.celiacscatalunya.org\/blog\/saps-que-es-laoecs\/","title":{"rendered":"Saps qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l\u2019AOECS?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sovint a les xarxes socials de l\u2019entitat o en articles de la revista Celiac@s mencionem l\u2019AOECS i avui et volem explicar qu\u00e8 \u00e9s i per qu\u00e8 t\u2019interessa con\u00e8ixer la tasca que duu a terme per a les persones cel\u00edaques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aoecs.org\/\"><strong>AOECS<\/strong><\/a><strong> \u00e9s l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 d\u2019Associacions de Cel\u00edacs d\u2019Europa<\/strong> i compta amb 33 associacions membres de diferents pa\u00efsos europeus, entre elles l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Cel\u00edacs de Catalunya. Doncs b\u00e9, <strong>la marca de l\u2019Espiga Barrada\u00a0est\u00e0 regulada per\u00a0l\u2019AOECS,\u00a0<\/strong>qui delega la concessi\u00f3 del seu \u00fas i control a les seves associacions membres d\u2019arreu d\u2019Europa, entre les quals es troba l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Cel\u00edacs de Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>Com saps, actualment hi ha una gran diversitat de s\u00edmbols o mencions per identificar un producte sense gluten. Aix\u00f2 pot ser especialment \u00fatil quan es viatja a un altre pa\u00eds! Ja hi ha m\u00e9s de 17.000 productes sense gluten llicenciats a tot Europa. Et parlem m\u00e9s sobre la marca de l\u2019Espiga Barrada en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiacscatalunya.org\/blog\/2019\/03\/20\/quina-diferencia-hi-ha-entre-els-productes-amb-el-simbol-sense-gluten-i-els-que-duen-la-marca-simbol-de-lespiga-barrada\/\">aquest<\/a> post del blog.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><u>Projecte Eating Out<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p>El projecte Eating Out <strong>t\u00e9 l\u2019objectiu d\u2019unificar els establiments (restaurants, obradors&#8230;) aptes per a cel\u00edacs a Europa i aconseguir que cada cop hi hagi m\u00e9s opcions segures per als cel\u00edacs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Actualment cada pa\u00eds acredita establiments com a aptes per a cel\u00edacs seguint uns criteris propis. A m\u00e9s, alguns pa\u00efsos tenen aquest projecte molt avan\u00e7at i, en canvi, altres encara ni tan sols han comen\u00e7at o b\u00e9 disposen de poqu\u00edssimes opcions. El que es busca \u00e9s <strong>unificar uns criteris a tots els pa\u00efsos membres de l\u2019AOECS i animar a que m\u00e9s pa\u00efsos se sumin a la iniciativa. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tots els establiments que s\u2019acreditaran sota el paraigua de l\u2019AOECS <strong>hauran de complir unes garanties de seguretat aliment\u00e0ria en la cuina sense gluten <\/strong>(per exemple, com actualment es fa amb els que estan acreditats per l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Cel\u00edacs de Catalunya). Aquesta iniciativa, que est\u00e0 en una fase inicial, ser\u00e0 molt \u00fatil a l\u2019hora de viatjar a altres pa\u00efsos per poder identificar els establiments on es pot menjar amb seguretat i tranquil\u00b7litat. Alhora, ser\u00e0 beneficiosa per als restauradors catalans, ja que els turistes cel\u00edacs localitzaran encara m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment els establiments sense gluten acreditats a Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>Diversos membres del departament t\u00e8cnic-cient\u00edfic i del departament de comunicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Cel\u00edacs de Catalunya col\u00b7laboren proactivament en ambd\u00f3s projectes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sovint a les xarxes socials de l\u2019entitat o en articles de la revista Celiac@s mencionem l\u2019AOECS i avui et volem explicar qu\u00e8 \u00e9s i per qu\u00e8 t\u2019interessa con\u00e8ixer la tasca que duu a terme per a les persones cel\u00edaques.
